Two days of photo coverage for the European Commission’s Annual EU Budget Conference in Brussels. Keynotes, panels, the interpreters’ booths, the corridors, the team backstage. The brief: images ready to publish while the conference was still running.
What we did
A discreet presence in a room full of decision-makers, and a workflow built for speed: every image selected and retouched on site, then pushed to the online gallery during the day. The communication team posted from the room, not after the event.
Speakers on stage, reactions in the room, and the details that give the venue its character: the light, the flags, the booths.
What we take from it
