IBA: three days, four people, a gallery every evening
The ask
Three days alongside IBA for their 40th anniversary. Conferences, workshops, off moments, an evening show. The brief: capture it all, and deliver content live, while the event was still running.
What we did
Four people on the ground, photo and video together, one coordinated team so the two never got in each other’s way. Every format, every rhythm: keynote on stage, hands-on workshop, coffee-break conversations, the party.
A new gallery went online every evening, so the communication team could post the day before the next one started. Video content was edited and delivered during the event, ready for screens and social channels.
What we take from it
On a multi-day event, speed is not a bonus, it is the product. A photo delivered three weeks later is an archive. A gallery delivered the same evening is communication. More about our event photography.
