How one aftermovie became a four-year production partnership
The ask
Holcim first called us for an aftermovie. One event, one film.
What happened next
The requests kept coming, because the needs kept coming: a portrait here, a presentation film for a board there, content for a trade-show screen, an interview to prepare. We answered each one. Four years later, we shoot for Holcim 15 to 20 times a year, on their sites and at their events.
GO4ZERO
The biggest chapter is GO4ZERO, Holcim’s project for a carbon-free cement plant. Over the life of the project we have delivered more than 140 films: field reports, portrait capsules of the people building it, interviews, presentation films, aftermovies, content for event screens, and media training for the people who speak about it publicly.
And a timelapse. Several cameras have been recording the construction site for two years, watching a plant take shape.
Where it all goes
Social networks, the website, internal communication, events, press. The same shoot often feeds all five.
What we take from it
Long collaborations change how you produce. We know the sites, the people, the safety rules and the tone. Briefs get shorter, shoots get lighter, and every new film can draw on four years of footage. That is where a long-term production partner pays off: each piece builds on the ones before.
